The Sign for Life! gap program offers young volunteers the opportunity to join DEAF Friendly in seeking, serving and enabling the Deaf.
Program highlights
- Special 2-week program — learn Basic Sign Language and develop an understanding of the Deaf and their world
- Additional 3rd week at a very special rate
- Visit at least 6 of DEAF Friendly's ministry points across Southern Africa and Eswatini
- A picnic on Table Mountain, lunch on the Orange River and a visit to mountainous Eswatini
2-week program: ZAR 7 500.00 • Full 3-week program: ZAR 9 850.00
Includes all meals, accommodation and travel within South Africa (and Eswatini). Excludes travel to and from OR Tambo International Airport from your country of origin.
